Goji starts from the acupuncture visit itself: meridian points, pulse positions, tongue features, and TCM pattern differentiation are ready as first-class fields. Shape the chart around the way you practice, save treatments you use often, and let each finished visit become a useful patient history.
A few practical questions
Can Goji support more than one practitioner?
Yes. Goji supports multiple providers, facilities, treatment rooms, and equipment. Providers can have their own hours and calendar connection, and shared rooms and schedules are protected from accidental conflicts. Granular staff access controls are still being expanded.
Does Goji handle insurance billing?
Goji generates patient-facing PDF superbills with diagnosis codes, suggested CPT codes, and practice and provider billing details. It does not currently submit insurance claims, generate CMS-1500 claim forms, connect to a clearinghouse, or manage insurer payments.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Export your patients, charted sessions, and notes as lossless CSV files at any time. Structured fields remain intact as JSON inside the export, so the result is useful in a spreadsheet or for a programmatic migration.
Do patients need an account?
No. Patients can book online and complete intake forms without creating an account. The patient portal is optional and invite-only for practices that want to give patients access to appointment and arrival details.
What happens if my internet connection drops?
Goji currently needs a working connection to save clinical changes reliably. Durable offline chart drafts and visible recovery are in development; we will describe charting as offline-ready only after those writes are stored safely on the device and verified end to end.
